商品等の不具合による交換
弊社では製品の初期不良等による交換や返品、修理の対応は行っておらず、全てメーカー対応となります。 メーカーでの対応を断られた場合も弊社で対応いたしかねます。
店舗印についてのご案内
ゲーム機や一部家電製品では、店舗印のある商品が混じっている場合がございます。
返品交換の対象外となりますので予めご了承ください。
注文後の変更・キャンセル
当店ではご注文後に自動での発送依頼を行っており、依頼完了後「ご注文承諾通知メール」を送信させて頂いております。
このメールの送信後は配送準備中となるため、ご注文内容の変更(キャンセル・お届け先や時間の変更・数量変更など)は出来かねますので、ご理解の程お願い申し上げます。

Returns or Exchanges Due to Product Issues
We do not directly accept returns, exchanges, or repairs for defective products. All such matters must be handled by the manufacturer. Please note that manufacturer support is available only within Japan. Unfortunately, customers outside Japan are not eligible for manufacturer support, and we are unable to assist in such cases. We appreciate your understanding.
About Store Stamps
Some items, such as gaming consoles and certain electronics, may include a store stamp on the packaging or warranty card. Please note that these products are not eligible for return or exchange for that reason. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Our system automatically processes orders shortly after they are placed. Once the shipping request is confirmed, we send an "Order Confirmation Email" to notify you. After this point, we are unable to make any changes to the order (including cancellations, address or delivery time changes, and quantity modifications). Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.
