◆Far-infrared 9-layer clay pot with coating
The outside of the inner pot is coated with a "clay pot stove coat." The upper part is coated with copper material, which has high thermal conductivity, and the lower part is coated with clay pot material, which has high heat storage properties, recreating the ideal heat storage properties of a clay pot.
The temperature difference between the upper and lower coatings creates boiling, creating strong convection currents that transfer heat to the rice effectively, cooking it until it's fluffy all the way through.
The inside of the inner pot is coated with a far-infrared clay pot coating to enhance the far-infrared effect, causing the water to boil with fine bubbles like those in a clay pot, bringing out the delicious flavor.
◆ Bottom foaming processing
The bottom of the kettle is processed from the bottom of the inner pot to the curved parts, increasing the surface area and enhancing foaming.
The approximately 6,500 fine convex shapes enhance foaming, creating the boiling foam and convection currents that are ideal for cooking rice. The fine bubbles like those in a clay pot envelop each grain of rice, resulting in fluffy cooked rice.

Modelled on the method of cooking rice in a clay pot, the rice is allowed to absorb water for a long time at a slightly lower temperature, and then the temperature is rapidly raised to bring out the elasticity and produce flavoursome rice.

A keep-warm program that keeps rice freshly cooked.
Even when keeping the rice warm, the steam sensor is used to detect the amount of water evaporating from the rice and manage the heating temperature. In order to keep the amount of evaporated water at an optimal level, moisture is retained in the rice, keeping the rice fluffy and warm while maintaining its grain shape.
